During your initial consultation with us, we will discuss your family and its current and future needs. This, along with your determined budget, helps us establish the best direction to take with design.
If you decide to go ahead with us, we will arrange an initial site visit and proceed with sketch plans. During the development of the sketch plans, energy efficiency and aesthetics are central to the design.
Once the sketch plans are completed and approved, a quote will be provided that outlines the scope of the project, allowances for prime costs and provisional sums.
On acceptance of our quote and the receipt of your deposit, we will prepare and produce all contracts to be signed, and lodge the plans for approval by the relevant authorities.
From here, we work with you on final selections for your new home, knockdown rebuild or extension/renovation, before starting construction.
